CEO and Managing Partner
Christian is Managing Partner at ICP Group Financial since 2005. Christian leads ICP's US Real Estate portfolio and lower middle-market private equity investments. Christian is a member of the Investment Committee and Board member of most of ICP's portfolio companies. During his tenure, ICP Group Financial has invested in different real estate asset classes such as multifamily, industrial, commercial, and retail, among others, and in several direct and fund investments in sectors such as food and beverage, energy, logistics, transportation, consumer, retail, and telecommunications. Christian has experience in investment banking, management consulting, public policy and venture capital. Prior to joining ICP Group, Christian was Director for the Mexican Department of Energy. He also worked at the investment bank ProtegoEvercore, British venture capital, WorldCap, and management consulting firm Mckinsey & Co. Christian holds an MBA from Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley and graduated from ITAM University in Mexico with a BA in Economics specialized in Finance.
Managing Director
Scott is Managing Director at ICP Group. He joined the firm in March 2016 and leads real estate acquisitions, joint ventures, private equities, and real estate portfolio management. Scott has a strong expertise in commercial real estate investing, portfolio management, capital markets and operations.
Scott is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin, earning his BBA with an emphasis in Finance and Accounting. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute – IOPC Council and The Real Estate Council.
Prior to joining ICP Group, Scott was the COO of Cypress Equities Real Estate Investment Management where he was jointly responsible for managing a $400 million real estate private equity fund focused on value-add retail investments. Previously, he worked as a family office manager, a Regional Director of Capital Markets for Panattoni Development Company, and as a Director of Real Estate, Gaming and Lodging at Société Générale in Dallas and New York City.
Controller
Kevin is responsible for managing all financial operations and administration of ICP Group. He handles a number of tasks, including oversight of fund administration, compliance with SEC regulations, tax, investor relations, and assists in the development of strategic plans for the firm. He joined ICP in 2021, bringing over seven years of experience in Alternative Asset administration and operations. His experience spans multiple asset classes and investment products, including fund of funds, co-investments, and Special Situations funds. In his prior role, he was with Stronghold Resource Partners, a registered investment advisor with over $300 million in assets under management. While there, he acted as the Controller for multiple funds and over 30 portfolio companies. Kevin graduated from Texas Tech University – Rawls College of Business with a BBA with a focus on Accounting and an MS in Accounting.
